Technologies available in our plant:
PERFORATION
Mainly performed on stainless steel, but replicable on other materials, in different shapes (including 3D) and diameters
Shearing
Using presses of different tonnage and special progressive molds that combine both pressing and bending
Welding
Using different technologies such as laser, TIG, and spot welding
Brazing
Using special ovens, including vacuum ovens. After this process, some parts are subsequently painted
MACHINING
We are equipped with working centers which include processes like cutting, drilling, threading, brushing shearing and washing
Handling
Robotic cells for automatic product handling along different production steps
Assembly
Automatic or hemi-automatic station for products’ assembly
