The group based in Schio presented its new range of brazed plate heat exchangers at Mostra Convegno Expocomfort, an international trade fair held in Milan March 12-15.
Schio, March 20, 2024 – Polidoro, an Italian international group headquartered in Schio (VI) and specialized for nearly eighty years in the study of gas combustion and the production of solutions for heating and refrigeration systems, officially presents the Davhex range.
The Davhex brand identifies a new business unit, specializing in the production of brazed plate heat exchangers. This operation allows the Schio-based group to expand its offering and respond to the increasingly stringent regulatory changes in terms of energy transition.
With the Davhex range, Polidoro is now able to offer solutions for heating systems other than gas devices, such as heat pumps and distribution modules for district heating. The current range includes seven models, which can be customized in connections, internal flows and heat transfer levels.
The design of new exchangers will be led by the Polidoro Research Center in Schio, which will be upgraded with new instrumentation and new test rooms dedicated to the development and of plate heat exchangers for a wide variety of applications.
“Our history and new product development have always been linked to evolving regulations and reducing emissions,” says Laura Dalla Vecchia, president of Polidoro. “Davhex fits into this path, to complement increasingly efficient and clean burners with exchangers, allowing Polidoro to offer advanced and sustainable solutions even for the segment of the market that does not use gas combustion for building heating or hot water production.”
The new Davhex range was officially presented during Mostra Convegno Expocomfort, an international trade fair held in Milan last week, where the new family of products attracted great interest and curiosity from visitors.
