The HM high-modulation mixer is a device for pneumatic air and gas mixing systems that provide a 1:10 ratio without modifying any hardware or installing additional electronics. The wide range of modulation makes it possible to save on design costs, reduce emissions, and extend the working range of the device.
The mixer consists of:
- aluminum body
- central plastic insert of different diameters depending on the capacity requested
- heavier clapper that works from 1:5 to 1:10. It is a key component because its weight allows it to close or open one of the two channels, creating a variable section system
- lighter flap, closes the gas intake when a channel is closed, thereby eliminating the occurrence of recirculation
HM Mixer is available in three sizes: HM 60 – HM 140 – HM 500.
